How does the 90 days of protection work? |
The surface protectant we use provides a long term, invisible, microbiostatic shield on porous or non porous surfaces that inhibits the growth of a wide variety of bacteria, fungi, mold and mildew. It even prevents odor. The protectant is water based, EPA registered and USDA accepted. Ready for Lehman’s terms? The antimicrobial shield creates a durable bonded layer of molecular spikes that are positively charged and attract negatively charged microbes. As microbes approach the spikes they are impaled, rupturing the cell wall and electrocuting the microbe. |

Is the 90 days of protection a warranty or guarantee against infection |
Simply put, NO. No one can guarantee you won’t get an infection because there are more factors besides your sports equipment. When you get your equipment back from us know that we killed up to 99% of the bacteria in your pads and applied a surface protectant that is part of a sports hygiene program that includes airing out and wiping down equipment after use. Is this procedure safe? |
Yes, unlike strong chemicals or harsh abrasives, ozone is a naturally occurring gas that destroys bacteria and viruses. Any contact with the residual ozone after treatment is safe and non-toxic. The surface protectant is water based with a low ph. Once dry it bonds to surfaces and won't flake or leach. |

How long does the service take? |
Our system kills odor causing bacteria 3,000 times faster than chlorine based cleaning techniques! A specific service time depends on the service you desire. Cleaning pads and gear generally takes about an hour. Facility protection time varies depending on the size of the facility. We can protect about 1000 sq/ft every 15 minutes. |

Is ozone a harmful chemical? |
No, ozone (O3) is a naturally occurring colorless gas commonly created by lightning strikes during thunderstorms. In fact, that "fresh spring rain" smell is the result of natural ozone. |

Will ozone damage my athletic gear? |
No, in fact, it will lengthen the lifespan of your gear. The ozone treatment will kill bacteria, mold, algae, and viruses that break down the fibers in your pads.
